    Het is een in eerste oogopslag een zeer mooi appartement op een uitstekende ligging, mooi ingericht. Badlinnen was beperkt maar we kregen er onmiddellijk meer.

    Als men meer in detail kijkt een appartement dat duidelijk aan een opfrissing toe is. De klinken hangen los en vallen uit de deuren. Het appartement is heel erg beschadigd, overal ziet men opgevulde gaten, en is zeker niet grondig gepoetst. Terrasmeubelen verwaarloosd en vies, de hoge ramen zijn heel vuil. Geen kledingkasten. Weinig opbergruimte, de verloren ruimten zijn niet optimaal gebruikt en niet aangekleed. Te klein voor 6 volwassenen. Stofzuiger welke voorzien was is dermate vuil dat hij onbruikbaar is. De zetel kon wel een stofzuigbeurt gebruiken. De keukenboorden waren in heel lange tijd niet gepoetst/plakkerig. Te weinig wijnglazen.

    Fijne ligging vlakbij het strand, de bakker, winkels en strandtentjes. Ruim en licht appartement met een mooi uitzicht. Ook een hele vriendelijke eigenaresse die voor een fijn kinderbedje en stoeltje heeft gezorgd! Alles was schoon en heel mooi ingericht.

    Sommige haakjes en klinken zaten niet meer goed vast.

    Heerlijk maar het mag goedkoper of alles moet gefixt zijn.

    De frisheid en openheid door de hoge ramen en het interieur. Plus het bakkertje en de supermarkt om de hoek is super.

    Er is nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud (deurknoppen kapot, handdouche hangt half van de muur etc) en dat is jammer (plus is voor de prijs die je betaalt onnodig).
