    Clean, good value and spacious airport hotel

    The free airport shuttle, wonderful breakfast, good sized room/bathroom, and mini fridge.

    Shuttle timing was limited and hairdryer was very old and cut off after 45 seconds.

    Non alloggerò più in questa struttura

    Durante la colazione c’era una signora dello staff che parlava a voce molta alta lamentandosi continuamente e trattando gli ospiti in maniera molto maleducata. La navetta doveva essere gratuita ho pagato 35 € perché sono arrivata dopo le 23.00 e la mattina seguente 40€ perché dovevo prenotare in anticipo ! Assolutamente disorganizzati con tassista innervosito e la tassista che ci ha accompagnato a Malpensa in ritardo di 10 minuti pur pagando, abbiamo preso il treno per stazione centrale al volo. Prima ed ultima volta! Meglio lo Sheratoon che è difronte all’aeroporto e alla fine spendi gli stessi soldi senza stress!

    The great hotel, not far from Malpensa Airport.

    This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise. It is located just a short distance from Malpensa Airport. The hotel looks very unassuming from the outside, but inside you will find very pleasant, spacious rooms with great amenities, a proper desk for working on a laptop if you need one, a very nice bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed, and air conditioning. In short, everything is just as it should be, very pleasant, and at a reasonable price. The breakfast was very good, and I simply didn't lack anything. The staff were very pleasant. A shuttle bus runs to the airport every 10 or 15 minutes. Milan and the surrounding area are just a short trip away, so I definitely recommend this place. It is a truly great hotel. What also surprised me was the completely hassle-free Wi-Fi connection, which worked wonderfully throughout my entire stay without me needing to confirm or troubleshoot anything at all. Such a smooth connection should be standard in every hotel.
