  Noisy and not suitable for a family

  The apartment itself was spacious and there was a decent kitchen setup (for utensils, cooking options, storage etc.). The bed itself was comfortable and shower room was a good size and condition. Free Parking is available on the street. It is a "first come" basis but luckily we weren't planning to use the car much and got the last spot we could find in the locality and didn't move the car. It covered the basics well and would have been a good option for a couple on a budget.

  This property was not suitable for a family. The main problem was noise. From about 7pm until 1am each night of our stay, another resident slammed doors every 15-30 minutes (sometimes literally shaking the building) which woke our infant up every time causing increasing distress (despite using a white noise machine). This resident lives there so this is not a temporary issue. It would appear that the people running this apartment knew about this because they provided complimentary ear plugs. Unfortunately, these are not suitable for an infant. We visited during a heat wave. We were aware the apartment did not have air conditioning but the temperature in the apartment never decreased below 26 degrees during our stay even at night. A linked problem occurred, by having the windows open we could hear all of the noise from the front and the smell of people smoking was not great as the bench outside the front of the property seemed to be permanently occupied by someone smoking. At the back, someone else had a balcony and smoked on this every night which entered the bedroom. Location-wise, you are quite a trek to the centre and there are no decent pubs or restaurants within 20 minutes walk. Not so much an issue for us but something worth noting. It is important to note Linens are not included and charged at an additional 35euros. This is for one towel each (no hand towels) and bedding. While body wash, shampoo and conditioner is provided, hand soap is not for the toilet. Most everything else in the apartment is chargeable (except the tea and coffee). The booking.com listing says a high chair is provided. This is only provided on request and is not available within the apartment so we didn't have this for our first night.

  Great stay!

  The bed was incredibly comfortable, the location was perfect, and there was free parking in all the surrounding streets. The communication was friendly, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was truly amazing—we had a wonderful time staying here and would happily recommend it!

  Honestly nothing, we stayed here before and loved booking it again.
