I would rate it 0%. The room we specifically requested was not even available

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise from cars outside, which made it difficult to rest. The bathroom was dirty and unpleasant, and the space was much smaller than expected. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and fell short of our expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, and a peaceful environment are basic requirements, and unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet those standards. I would not recommend it based on our experience.
