外观看起来还行，入住体验很差
1. Misleading location. On the Booking map, the hotel appears to be beachfront. In reality, it takes at least a 15-minute walk to reach the beach after check-in. This is misleading to guests. 2. Severe noise issue. It is 00:40 local time. Loud music can still be heard outside the hotel. This noise risk was not stated on the booking page, which is another misrepresentation. 3. No restaurants or convenience stores nearby. There was no warning of this on the booking page. The hotel claims they sent this information by email a few days before arrival. However, as a guest, it is unrealistic to check hotel emails every single day. This counts as deliberate misleading. 4. Poor in-room facilities. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the interior facilities are substandard. For example, the outdoor air-conditioning unit is extremely noisy. I will attach a video for your reference. The room is not well sealed, leading to a massive mosquito problem. Even with an electric mosquito repellent and a mosquito net, mosquitoes still get in because the net has holes. The mattress is also sunken, making sleep very uncomfortable. All these issues make me question the authenticity of the hotel’s high 9.3 rating on Booking, as well as the quality of the Booking Indonesia team’s oversight. I have used Booking for many years, and this is by far my most disappointing stay. I feel misled. Regardless of whether the hotel acknowledges these problems or offers any refund, I will check out on 9 October. This stay has become a nightmare during my trip. I hope the Booking Indonesia team can handle this fairly. Please prevent me and other guests from being misled in this way.

Super locatie, in de rust maar veel op loopafstand. Heerlijk ontbijt, rustig en luxe. Een aanrader!
De locatie, het personeel, de faciliteiten en de rust. Dit was onze eerste stop in Bali en het was heerlijk vertoeven na een lange reis/ vlucht. In het drukke Canggu met alsnog FINS beach club en wat restaurants op loopafstand, ideaal. Het hotel zit buiten het drukke centrum en geeft zoveel rust. Het ontbijt was echt fantastich! Je hebt keuze uit een aantal dingen, alles was voortreffelijk en heerlijke koffie.
Had iets meer afscheiding kunnen hebben van de andere huisjes of het geluid vd buitenkeuken, maar dit stoorde absoluut niet.
