    Overall not good experience.

Staff was not aware that i paid half amount before i stayed. I got call 2-3 times in night to pay the day i checked in. Bathroom cleaniness was not upto the mark. Linens in room didn't look fresh. Even i requested for late check out for 4 hours lady receptionist denied first and later on she told late check out will be charge full amount something like 2500 inr. I spoke with male receptionist upon my check out he apologized for that. Overall i was not happy during my stay. I am also working in luxury hotel so i feel more bad because hotel service didn't meet my expectations.
