Gute Lage. Großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre .Schöne, ordentliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.
Finde die Einrichtung etwas kühl, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Rollo im Schlafzimmer klemmt. Der Preis liegt leider etwas über dem Durchschnitt. Ansonsten alles top.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist nett und modern eingerichtet, das Parken kostenfrei und problemlos und der Kontakt zum Vermieter nett und es hat alles gut geklappt.
Der Hausflur ist ziemlich erbärmlich und es gab wohl gerade eine Reparatur und es roch nach Kloake. Am nächsten Tag war es etwas besser. Da kann der Vetmieter nichts für, aber das wertet die süße Wohnung etwas ab.

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter war absolut problemlos und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Positiv zu erwähnen sind ausserdem, dass Kaffee,Tee und einige Süßigkeiten kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Kurz gesagt, absolut empfehlenswer.
