Needs attention to the basic essentials in the room

The room was okay. The location was good.

Some basic essentials were missing from the room, such as a tissue box and dental kits in the bathroom. The water was extremely cold, and hot water was available only intermittently, making it difficult to use for drinking and showering. There was also no porter or bellboy available to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. Although parking facilities were available, they should ideally be provided free of charge rather than at an additional cost.
