After I paid the whole reservation price I've got a message from owner with this statement : Hello, this property was sold like 3 years ago, but I can accommodate you somewhere else.. (unfortunately my business trip to this time was later also canceled, so I haven't used his offer for another accommodation solution) Other think is more important and that is, when I wrote to this guy about that, my business trip is canceled, I asked him if is it possible to cancel it, no response anymore. He is not responding for invoice request, which I need for our company accountant, he is even not responding for request from Booking.com, nothing.

Schone kleine Haus, sauber, viel Möglichkeit. Gute Preis.
Treppen sind echt zu gefährlich für die Kunden, also wer mit Kinder kommen, lieber noch mal überlegen. Ansonsten alles gut, war schon und gemütlich.

Es ist an sich ein gut Renoviertes Haus. Es war sauber.
Die Mikrowelle ist völlig verrostet und funktioniert nicht. Der Kaffeeautomat macht auch nicht den besten Eindruck und ist meiner Meinung nach für solch eine Unterkunft ungeeignet. Aufgrund der Treppen ist es für Leute die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Schränke oder Haken oder Stangen an denen man seine Kleidung hinein tun kann oder Kleiderbügel aufhängen kann. Bei uns stand im Wohnzimmer noch der volle Wäscheständer herum. Und eine grundsätzliche Frage die sich mir stellt ist die Unterkunft hat 8 Betten aber weder einen Tisch noch geschweige Stühle an denen man essen kann. Bei uns war das Wetter noch gut und so konnten wir die Biertischgarnitur im Carport nutzen. Statt der vielen großen Fernseher und der gefühlt 20 Fernbedienungen für was auch immer hätte man zumindest mal einen Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen kaufen können und dazu noch paar Schränke oder Stangen und eine Mikrowelle für 30,-€ beim Discounter
