Die Treppe von der Küche rauf in den Wohnbereich war sehr steil. Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder und alte Menschen.

Die Nähe zum Strand, zum Supermarkt usw.
Fernsehen lief über Internet, das fast durchgehend nicht funktionierte, wofür es aber einen kleinen preislichen Ausgleich gab.
