    Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and not far from the ferry terminal. Excellent breakfast.

    Had a long train journey and walk to the ferry terminal at Bingen Stadt with a heavy suitcase, and was tired. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. I wasn't in the main building, so had to collect the keys from the nearby reception, with suitcase, and then go back to the other building.
