Renovations going on that i was not informed about in a neighbouring apartment- loud pitch noise of tile cutting for two days solid. Very very noisy neighbours upstairs. Children screaming all the time. Furniture being dragged all the time. I emailed owner with video of noise snd how bad it was and they have not replied at all to my email. Terrible smell of sewage in the apartment.
