    Contact and check in with the property owner was very smooth, we had a warm welcome by the locals and very much enjoyed this small but atmospheric room with wonderful views, great location and that real long and narrow building - and climb up the stairs! - experience of old Amsterdam!

    A wonderful stay in a beautiful city.

    The location is great, about 15 minutes from the center. Beautiful view of the canal. The metro station is only a few minutes away. There are good restaurants, cafes and big shops nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a seven-day stay.

    Lovely stay in a great location with a fantastic host.

    Great location - city centre but off the main streets, very quiet at night and had great nights sleep because of this. Our host, Nanda, could not have been more accommodating - was flexible with check in times and answered requests via the booking.com app. For breakfast we used a café (Puccini's) that was just outside the property - very reasonable and a good way to start the day.

    Not a dislike - but if you have difficulties with stairs please be advised this property has several flights of steep stairs.
