    Overall a good place to stay and good value.

    It was a beautiful apartment, very spacious and comfortable. From past reviews I was a bit worried about cleanliness but it was very clean. Loved the kitchen, living room and washing machine. The view was awesome, too.

    Getting in was a hassle because the host gave incorrect instructions on how to operate the lock (said to move clockwise when it needed to go counterclockwise), so it took forever to get in. I'll give them credit for being very responsive, but they never admitted their mistake. The other thing was that it was hot. There was no working air conditioner as it did not have a vent, so cool air blew out the front and hot air out the back, canceling it out. There was no point in keeping it on. We were there in July and the bedroom is in the attic, so it was very hot, even with windows open and fans running.

    Für einen Kurztrip okay

    Das Appartment hat eine gute Größe für 2 Personen und ist wirklich super gelegen. Frühere Ankunft war möglich und das Einchecken kein Problem.

    Ein mobiles Klimagerät war zwar vorhanden, aber ohne Funktion (kein Abluftschlauch, daher wird nur warme Luft in den Raum geblasen). Gerade im Dachgeschoss war es daher fast unerträglich heiß (bei +30°C Außentemperatur). TV vorhanden, aber nicht programmiert, daher unbenutzbar. Auf Nachfragen kamen entweder keine oder unpassende Antworten (KI-generiert?). Der Feuermelder lag ohne Batterien auf der Fensterbank, das ist gerade im vierten Stock ein No-Go. Der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung weicht schon deutlich von den Fotos ab. Nur zur Info (kann der Vermieter wenig für): Entweder wohnen Tiere in der Wandverkleidung oder es sind Tauben auf dem Dach gewesen. Auf jeden Fall hörte man immer wieder ein Kratzen in der Wand.
