    Great place and ideal stay for our late summer break

    Ideal location in Polzeath with everything you need. Nice little welcome touch with the cream tea. Friendly village and great beach to surf/bodyboard. Food places are ideal for some lunch or dinner.

    Very comfortable stay close to beach

    Our second time staying here and I hope we’ll stay again. It’s a lovely place for a few days. Very close to the beach and the amenities in Polzeath. Space to hang wetsuits etc outside which is very useful. Comfy beds. New sofas this year were a definite bonus. Super clean.

    Nothing- everything was great.
