    The size of the room was amazing for our family. Easily accommodated 2 adults and three children. The room was clean and tidy and in a very accessable location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay in Kyoto very memorable. Would definately return.

    The most important thing that describes this place is comfort. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need. Everything is very clean, with fresh towels provided every day. There is even a coffee machine at the reception. The location is perfect, close to the train station, with a beautiful temple right across the street. This place is an absolute 10/10! If I ever return to Kyoto, I will definitely stay here again. The staff are kind, helpful, and professional. Everything is provided with great attention to detail, respect, and Japanese hospitality. Highly recommended!

    Great location, large room, view is amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful

    The sensor lights for the toilet and entry, I couldnt seem to find a switch to turn them off so at night time it would light up the beds and wake the children.
