    Convenient for bus routes to get to the locations we wanted to visit

    Located on convenient bus routes to get into town, but not much by way of restaurants and bars locally although useful supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Staff were very helpful in resolving issues

    The lighting in the room was dark (not good for reading), disappointing that there were no channels or radio on the tv, great to have a dishwasher but no washing up liquid to wash up just an odd glass. The coffee machines didn't work and no instructions for the microwave / oven / airfryer but the staff were great at helping with this.

    The room was spacious snd comfortable. Tha bathroom was compact but well designed and the heated towel rail was great for drying a little handwashing. The kitchen had sufficent equipment to be quite useful. The reception staff were great. Supermarket was a 5 min walk away which was very handy.

    A little milk for a cup of tea would've been a nice welcome and, although there was a good tea towel n hand towel, there was no detergent or cloth to wipe the bench or dishbrush.
