    The worst booking experience I've ever had. We were left standing outside in the scorching heat while trying to contact the host. No one answered our phone calls or messages. After waiting for so long, I was completely exhausted and even had to lie down on the sidewalk because I couldn't keep standing. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The host was extremely irresponsible and showed no respect for guests or their time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your vacation and don't want to risk being left outside with no communication, stay somewhere else.

    숙소가 알마티 중심가에 있어 어디든 걸어 다니기 좋았다. 주변에 24시간 마트, 식당, 환전소 등이 있어 편리했다.아파트라 주방시설부터 세탁시설까지 완벽하고 입실과정도 친절하게 밤낮 담당자가 안내해줘 어려움 없이 입실 가능했다.

    샤워실 샤워호스가 노후한데도 수리가 안되어 있어 수압이 약하고 온수가 제대로 나오지 않았다. 호스트가 알마티에 살고 있지 않는지 시설관리가 제대로 안되고 있는 느낌.
