  False advertising!! Poor. Don’t book there are better options

  It was clean and tidy. Good location.

  The false advertising! It states a Coffee Machine! that was not present in the property . Very annoying! Further the shower was scolding hot and you could not make it any better . Lastly, more false advertising, it states a hot tub, does not mention that this will cost an extra £150 anywhere in this advert ! I did not look at my confirmation emails where it states this costs £150 and you need to pay 48 hours in advance of stay. This is very, very poor and misleading. I booked this property expecting the Hot Tub for the price paid! This property is in desperate need of TLC. The decking is rotting and in poor condition. Wallpaper looks loose in the property. Looks run down and not like pictures on advert. Again, summing this up - False advertising!!!

  Very cosy and comfortable and a great location for nearby beaches.

  Unfortunately we struggled to locate the lodge at 5.50pm on a dark night. The number is not clear and we went round a few times looking for it Also there was no heating, and although we contacted the agency a couple of times the maintenance guy didn't arrive till 9pm. He managed to get it going but there was still a fault, so we had to turn it off/on at the boiler. It was either really hot or cold We are hoping for a bit of a refund due to this inconvenience.

  Lovely lodge, lovely location, shame about the cleanliness

  The location was ideal for us, we have friends who live nearby so it didn’t take us long to get to them. The actual lodge was spacious and had everything we needed.

  We didn’t dislike the place but just a few criticisms. At the front door the bag with the laundry bags in it was still full of the previous occupants bedsheets and towels, the dishwasher was still full and hadn’t been emptied. The front of the fridge was covered in handprints so hadn’t been wiped down. The tv took a couple of days to suss out, couldn’t get any terrestrial channels at all, there was no instructions for it that we could find. The en-suite shower was so hot you couldn’t even touch the water as it was red hot and you would have scalded yourself. I saw reviews from 2 years ago pointing out this problem, so a bit baffled as to why it hasn’t been sorted as it’s a shame that you have the luxury of an en-suite but it can’t be used because of this problem. The main bathroom was very dusty around the toilet and sink and we found a kids toy behind the toilet left from a previous occupant. We kind of felt that the only thing that had been done before our arrival was that clean bed linen and towels were provided. Such a shame that your cleaning staff are obviously not doing their jobs properly. One last suggestion would be that you maybe have a higher screen around the hot tub for privacy. We didn’t pay for the hot tub and quite glad because I don’t think I would have used it with the neighbours being able to sit in their lounge area and looking straight onto it. We all like a little bit of privacy when relaxing in the tub. We would come back because overall the lodges are a great size and have everything that you need and in a great location, you just need to get your cleaners doing their jobs properly.
