    Wonderful apartment with modern amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable. 3 minutes walking distance to bakery and supermarket. Great location to explore the Oberinntal valley and surrounding valleys.

    The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to cook basic meals; this could have been improved with some staples such as salt and pepper.

    The location and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful, with lots of things to see and do. The beds were very comfortable, and having two toilets was very convenient for a family of four. We also liked the table tennis in the garden. The owners were friendly and responsive when we needed help – for example, when the mosquito net in the bedroom came loose, they fixed it very quickly. We also really liked their own honey, which I definitely recommend to buy. Overall, we really enjoyed exploring the area.

    The apartment was less suitable for a longer stay than we expected. When booking, we overlooked the fact that there was no washing machine and noticed it too late to find another suitable place to stay. As we have allergies in the family and prepare almost all our meals ourselves, the small kitchen and limited equipment were challenging during a two-week stay. There were not enough dishes for a family of four, some basic utensils were missing, pan was quite scratched, and there were no suitable lids for it, and the fridge was rather small. A little more kitchen equipment would make a big difference for families staying longer. We were also provided with only a few dishwasher tablets for our two-week stay, and there were no toilet cleaning products or toilet cleaning tabs available. Of course, we could buy everything from nearby store and probably we could ask the owners, but I would prefer basic supplies to be provided according to the length of the stay rather than having to ask for individual things. The balcony was very small, with only two chairs for four guests. An insect screen would be especially useful in summer because of mosquitoes and wasps. The biggest issue for us was the shared vacuum cleaner, which had a very strong musty smell and was extremely unpleasant to use. . We also missed a small information sheet with emergency contacts and useful local numbers in the apartment. Most of these things probably wouldn't matter much for a short stay, but they became noticeable during a two-week stay with children.

    Rustig gelegen en vlakbij Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis dus fijne uitvalbasis. Appartement zelf was niet groot wat je ook zeker terug ziet in de keuken, maar voldoende voor 3 nachten. Kan wel warm worden in de zomer, maar dat heb je overal als er geen airco is. Fijn dat er horren in de ramen zitten. Tuin was ideaal voor een potje badminton of pingpong. Aparte parkeerplek voor gasten.

    Achter de rugleuning van de bank zit een oud stopcontact wat wel iets netter kan worden weggewerkt.
