Palazzo d'epoca molto affascinante
Stanza minimal ma accogliente, Posizione in centro a La Spezia, Tv completa di tutti i canali, letto comodo, ascensore presente, frigorifero piccolo ma spazioso che per noi è stato molto utile avendo dei souvenir da tenere al freddo, posizione comoda anche per la stazione
Bagno un po' piccolo, L'acustica non è ottima, si trova sopra una strada molto trafficata, ma il problema vero è che si sentivano i rumori dei vicini di stanza... Un po' difficile trovare parcheggio proprio sotto casa essendo una via ZTL e vicino a vie molto trafficate (avevamo tanti bagagli, ma se viaggiate leggeri e per poche notti lo consiglio!)

Great place to stay to organize day trips around the area.
The interior design and the mix of materials. Great and responsive host. Short walk from the train station and not far from the harbour.

Väldigt modernt och fräscht rum med sköna sängar
För mycket ljud utifrån som att fönstret var öppet och även från korridoren respekterades inte av andra som bode där så de blev inte mycket sömn tyvärr. Väldigt krångligt att ta sig upp med fler olika koder nycklar och men minimal hiss där två personer fick plants.
