Todo muy bueno, pero no hay ascensor
La atención de parte de la chica fue amable, el lugar es muy limpio y la habitación es cómoda!
La habitación queda en el piso 4 y no hay ascensor, fui con mi abuela y si nos costó un poco la subida y bajada cada día para llegar a la habitación

excelente, muy cálido y limpio lugar
La habitación espaciosa y siempre muy limpio, cerca de la terminal de trenes, muy cómodo para moversepor la ciudad, la atención de Vanessa: excelente.
la única dificultad es que son 4 tramos de escalera para llegar al hospedaje, no hay ascensor, para tener en cuenta si van con muchas valijas para subir por escaleras, o personas mayores.

Struttura in ottima posizione, ideale per sostare a Firenze per alcuni giorni. Vanessa è una persona squisita, accogliente, ed è venuta incontro ad ogni nostro bisogno.
Unica pecca le scale (quasi 3 piani a piedi) ed il corridoio del B e B particolarmente buio. Nel complesso un’ottimo soggiorno.

A atenção e cuidado da anfitriã, Vanessa. A localização excelente, perto de tudo.
Muita escada e sem elevador para quem chega com mala é mais difícil.
