So relaxing
It is a perfect place for us with a lovely pool, great owners, poolside menu and food is good, plenty of sunbeds, shade etc and good standard of rooms, clean and very hospitable. It is 10-15 mins from Chania airport - we always go there for 2-3 nights before we fly home and I always wish we had stayed for much longer. Our son loved it too when he was younger. Staying at Aloni has been enhanced somewhat by the restaurant/grill/woodfired oven place (nothing to do with Aloni I believe, we discovered it in 2026) which is now about 10 metres down the road on foot, very very popular restaurant and great food (before it was a little bit isolated at Aloni if you didn't have a car). I would now be more than happy to spend a week or two at Aloni, I cannot recommend it enough.
nothing!
