Bonito lugar para descansar.
El trato personalizado en la recepcion por parte del Gerente, y la cordialidad de todo el staff es maravillosa. La habitación me parece muy bonita, amplia y confortable. El restaurante no estaba funcionando pero nos brindaron el desayuno con un socio cruzando la calle y siempre estuvo delicioso. Los aromas en las amenidades de baño, muy ricos.
Entiendo que por la ubicación tan selvática es normal la presencia de mosquitos, pero había una cantidad exagerada en el ambiente y se colaban a las habitaciones. Preferiría los colchones algo mas firmes. Sería bueno invertir en el mantenimiento del poolbar. Habría sido bueno que aun contarán con el traslado del aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto y club de playa.

Ens van fer un upgrade a un allotjament millor (a Distrito Panamera Tulum) ja que feien tasques de manteniment a l'Aluna ii vam estar molt agust, ens va encantar. Molt bona atenció del personal, especialment de l'Angeles de recepció.
Llàstima del sargazo a la platja, però la resta perfecte.

Lovely hotel but very expensive for what we got
We were moved to their sister hotel the week prior to our arrival. Not our choice. We stayed at the Distrito Panamera. The property is beautiful and staff helpful.
The rooms are tidy with no TV, fridge, wardrobe or hairdryer. The food and beverages were expensive and the breakfast very limited
