  Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, leider. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch! Keine Suites

  Das Frühstück war sorgfältig vorbereitet und reichhaltig.

  Das Check-in ist super kompliziert! Person war nicht vor Ort - Nachbarin hat geholfen. Ein Zimmer hat die Tür direkt zur Strasse, sehr ungewohnt. Kleine Fenster, zum Lüften schwierig und dadurch dunkle Zimmer.

  Posto bello, nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

  Personale gentilissimo. Posto centralissiomo nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce. Stanza carina e pulita.

  Colazione essenziale. Forse avremmo gradito un pasticciotto o comunque qualcosa di locale. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

  Nice place but full of mosquitoes inside the room.

  Location and spacious room / bathroom.

  From the beginning, things didn’t go well for us. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception. After calling a few times, they asked us for the room number, but there was no room number shown on the Booking page, and it took them quite a while to find our reservation. Despite the hotel amenities stating that parking was available (see pic), there was actually no parking. We had to park about a 12–15 minute walk away, since it was quite difficult to find a parking spot during the time we visited. When we entered the room, we found there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser or any dispensers in the shower. The bathroom walls also had quite a lot of moisture damage and peeling paint. You can really tell the place is lacking maintenance BUT the biggest problem was the mosquitoes. Outside,there was a pond full of mosquitoes right outside of our private door. Inside the room despite killed many, they made it impossible for us to sleep. We had to leave a lamp on to attract them,(see video /photo) and we even had to make a kind of tent with the bedsheets just to be able to sleep, because they were all around us and buzzing around our ears. It was honestly chaotic. Every night we had to sleep with a lamp on, and there were mosquitoes every single night. We asked for a different room but there was no availability. Obviously, we can’t use the whirlpool bath. The situation only got somewhat better on the last of the three nights. There were still mosquitoes, though. We killed countless of them during our stayed, and the hotel management did some cleaning, although it wasn’t the best. Unfortunately, they never managed to completely solve the problem and get rid of the mosquitoes and they even went as far as suggesting that the problem might have been in our luggage. They also lent us a couple of bikes that they normally rent out. They were also in need of some maintenance, but we appreciated the hotel let us use them.   TUTTO BENE ma c'è ampio margine di miglioramento.

  Bella zona, pieno centro storico, peraltro appena più tranquillo della più trafficata parte opposta di porta napoli. Bel bagno. Letto comodo. AC perfetta. Problemino con telecomando TV risolto in pochi secondi dall'Host.

  Si può migliorare: La TV NON smart, da struttura di altra categoria (venivamo da un altro bnb, in zona molto più brutta di lecce, che aveva smart tv di ultima generazione). La porta della Camera Terra Rossa si apre da sola, se non gli si da una girata di chiavistello interno.. e questo non promette per niente bene.. Inoltre la porta (quando chiusa) non isola minimamente da rumori etc. La Camera ha una piccola finestra che si affaccia all'interno, quasi inutile. Si può considerare una camera SENZA finestra.
