    Tutto sommato, bene dai.

    Casa curata e accogliente. La padrona di casa è stata molto disponibile. Sei a 15 minuti dal centro storico a piedi. Vicino, c’è la City Gym che è un’ottima palestra.

    Va specificato che il parcheggio non è riservato per la struttura. Nè custodito. È un parcheggio qualsiasi, libero in strada. Il bagno ha odore di fogna. Ci deve essere qualche problema. La zona, effettivamente, è un po’ fatiscente. Ma non è degrado. Sono gli effetti della guerra e del comunismo. Non c’è criminalità per strada.
