    LOCATION..and Comfort!

    We arrived late, Julian and Pasqual were beyond communicative prior to arrival which guided us in with ease. Their attention to detail (welcome note, info about Lecce , bottle of champagne,etc was spot on! Access to rooftop was a definite plus ! FABULOUS locations!

    Watch your head entering the bathroom ,has a step UP…not really a deal breaker tho!

    Guter Gastgeber, zentrale Lage, Ausstattung naja

    Die Betreuung durch Julian war sehr sehr gut, er hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, auch bez. Parken, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben die Kaffeemaschine, Tee etc im Zimmer sehr geschätzt. Die hohen Räume sind schön. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

    Das Badezimmer müsste saniert werden, (Handtuchhalter, Halterung für den Duschkopf waren locker, Griff der Duschwand kaputt). Etwas muffiger Geruch im Bad. Sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man jeden Ton von der Straße. Die Eingangstür ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, sie ist max. 1,4m hoch, man muss sehr gebückt ins Haus. Das ist der Bauweise geschuldet, angenehm ist es dennoch nicht.

    Me encantó la ubicación, la limpieza y la atención de Julián

    Sería buena idea que en el pasillo común puedan poner un microondas, cubiertos y algo de vajilla para usar

    Excellent location amazing Julian

    Julian was an excellent communicator, location was key. We were able to park pretty close based on the great recommendation of Julian

    Steep stairs but we knew that based on age of community
