Дуже зручне розташування, сходи дійсно круті, але це не було проблемою. Дуже приємний господар, готовий допомогти та порадити . Квартира обладнана всім необхідним, чисто. Все відповідає фотографіям

Soggiorno molto piacevole!
Abbiamo passato una settimana molto piacevole. L’host Alessandro è molto accogliente, simpatico e disponibile. Non ha mai mancato di consigliarci e di farci sentire a casa. Il loft è di nuovissima ristrutturazione e ci sono tutti i servizi oltre che un terrazzino molto carino! La zona è molto vicina sia ad Ortigia che alla stazione. Molto facile da raggiungere anche col bus da Catania aeroporto.
Niente ma volendo trovare un difetto ci sono delle scale un po’ ripide. In ogni modo utili per tenere a bada un po’ delle migliaia di calorie in eccesso che si assumono in Sicilia.

Bardzo czysto, świeżutki komplet ręczników, ekspres do kawy z dużym zapasem kapsułek. Wygodne łóżka, fajny balkonik na którym można wypić kawkę. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny właściciel Alessandro.
Bardzo dużo stromych schodów aby dostać się do apartamentu - 2 pietro. Jeśli ktoś ma problemy z poruszaniem lub małe dzieci to jest problem. Klimatyzacja nie wyrabiała w połowie sierpnia, choć rolety i zasłony były opuszczone cały czas. W łazience ukrop.

Cozy apartment in a very convenient location with free parking close by.
Cozy place, very convenient location, an easy 15 min walk to Ortigia. We had a rental car and were able to park at the end of the street for free during our entire stay. That was certainly a plus. Great restaurant around the corner (Le 7 Specie). The B&B had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker with coffee, which was great. Host Alessandro was great and super helpful with everything. Very easy self-check in.
Just know in advance there are quite a few stairs to go up, which we knew about from the description. It was fine. Hot water for shower was very short.
