    Excellent property, pool is really good and clean, great size. We will be back again.

    Great location about 20 mins drive into Todi, grounds are well kept and everything is very clean inside the property.

    Could really do with air con, this is the only thing I could fault the property on, fans in all the bedrooms though which make the summer nights bearable!

    Great location and pretty property but poor attention to detail and a bit misleading

    Pretty location, accomodation as billed

    Somewhat misleading... There was very little in terms of a welcome or instructions. The 'year round' pool was closed for winter. the hot tub had, apparently, not been operational for a few years. The tennis court was full of cracks. Several lights inside were not operational The kitchen equipment was old and basic. It can't be that hard to get down to IKEA and but a few sharp knives. The place slept six, but there were only three of us. If six were staying there were not enough plates or glasses. It's basically a good place, but fails to lives up to it's own description unfortunately.

    Location bellissima, ben tenuta, ottima privacy, un vero relax.

    Migliorare pulizia interna,( alimenti scaduti lasciati in loco), tappetini in camera non puliti.
