The area is very nice and convenient. Delicious breakfast and coffee just downstairs and a number of restaurants right around the corner. There was also a little market right downstairs that made it easy to buy things we needed. Walking distance to the Cathedral, Opera, and all the main squares and monuments. The staff was helpful when there was a problem with our payment through the booking app, and came to the apartment next day with a machine so we could make the payment. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days. We would book this apartment again if we ever come back to Almaty.
There was nothing to dislike.
