    A spacious, functional, and quiet apartment with separate-access rooms, fully equipped and impeccably clean. Excellent conditions for a restful sleep. A fully equipped kitchen with a generous selection of treats (sweets, coffee, tea—thank you, Anamaria!), plus useful pantry staples for those wishing to prepare a quick meal at home. Public parking is available on the streets bordering the building. Next to the building, there is a bakery offering fresh, delicious products (which sell out quickly, so go early, right after opening time), as well as a small shop selling food, fresh produce, meat, dairy, and household essentials. The apartment is a 15-minute drive (25–30 minutes by public transport) from the city center and just a very short drive from the "Fabrica de Cultură" (Culture Factory)—making it ideal for those coming to see the *Faust* performance. Excellent communication with the host.
