    Die Lage war sehr gut.

    Die Türklinke im Badezimmer war leider kaputt, Einschließungsgefahr. Es gab wenige Teller und wenig Besteck. Das Schlafsofa war ist eher umbequem. Wohnung eher schwer zu finden.

    - Convenient location. - Spacious apartment. - Air conditioning, which was especially useful during the summer. - Washing machine and laundry detergent provided. - When we mentioned that there was no frying pan, the manager promptly brought one.

    - The apartment was not cleaned properly. - - - When we arrived, we found underwear belonging to previous guests under the sofa, and there was quite a lot of dust. - There was no frying pan in the apartment initially. - The most unpleasant issue was related to staying with a dog. The apartment is advertised as dog-friendly. We booked the accommodation several months in advance and clearly stated at the time of booking that we would be staying with a dog. However, we were not provided with any information about an additional pet fee or restrictions regarding the size of the dog. When the manager came to bring the frying pan, she saw our dog, and this was when the discussion about the pet started. Initially, we were told that we had not provided information about the dog when making the reservation. Later, it turned out that we had in fact provided this information, but it had been overlooked by the manager. We also only found out during our stay that staying with a dog costs €50 per night and that there are restrictions regarding the size of the dog. In our opinion, such important conditions should be clearly stated in advance, especially when the property is advertised as dog-friendly. In the end, we managed to resolve the situation with the manager, but the whole experience was unpleasant and could easily have been avoided if the pet policy and additional charges had been clearly communicated before arrival.
