    disappointing

    There was no breakfast. Although the website emphasizes that there is the option of breakfast for an additional fee. After I made a reservation for the apartment, I added 2 requests. I asked for breakfast + that the sofa in the living room be made into a bed. And I received an answer after over an hour that the place could not provide breakfast. I would like to point out that there were several apartments in the city that all looked nice and even cheaper than this apartment. But the game changer that made me choose this apartment was the breakfast. And I was very disappointed with the apartment owner's answer. If I had the ability to cancel the reservation for free, I would cancel the reservation. But I would have had to pay a full cancellation fee. Which is unfair. Another thing when I arrived at the apartment, the sofa bed in the living room was not prepared for me. Just put a pillowcase and 2 towels on the couch. The apartment is new and clean. The landlord could make a little effort and a little money and leave fresh coffee and coffee with the smell of something other than coffee. The access to the building is on an unpaved road. A road with potholes in the road. And a construction site nearby. And indeed the next morning when we were about to leave, I discovered that one of the wheels on the car was flat. And I had to fix the wheel. So I asked the landlord to extend the check-out period. And to his credit, he answered quickly and approved me. And indeed, I finished fixing the wheel. And I left the apartment at 11:15 that morning. I was disappointed by 3 things. The dirt road on the way to the apartment. Inaccuracy in what is written in the apartment. And disregard for a customer's request. Immediately after approving his request.
