Location and overall living in that kind of building was nice and interesting. The place was clean and met the price. Even though we slept with opened windows and the street was quite noisy till late at night, we all slept very well.
The washing machine is not included and had to use the public laundry place which is only 3 mins walk away from the accomodation. One load costs 8 €. We made few during the week to wash salty swimsuits so it could be usefull to count on that while picking up the place to stay in Rovinj. We traveled with baby and had to carry a stroller up to the narrow stairs to the second floor. But honestly what could I expect from the charming city built like that? We neverminded but certainly would consider ground floor place next time.

가파르고 좁은 계단(엘레베이터 없는 2층), 협소한 샤워실. 세탁기와 오븐은 사용할 수 없습니다. 열쇠 수령은 대면으로 이루어집니다.

U samom centru Rovinja u pesackoj zoni. Apartman je renoviran, prostran, cist i udoban. Ocena je 9 jer ves masina nije u funkciji i nema peglu, ali sve sem toga je odlicna. Vlasnica je veoma kulturna i komunikativna, svakako je tu za vas da vam pruzi sve informacije kako bi vam odmor bio udoban i ispunjen.
