    Extremely disappointing

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene, Comfort and Safety Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Check-in was rushed, and even the front gate keys were difficult to use. Cleanliness was unacceptable: a dirty bathroom, floor mats, windows and terrace, and even dirty, used bed linen left behind the bed. The bedding was extremely poor, with a child-sized pillow and a ridiculously thin blanket. I even had to buy my own clean bed linen from IKEA, which I left behind at the accommodation. This should never be necessary in a paid rental. The staircase to the sleeping area was dangerously steep, especially for older guests, and the loose top section posed a serious safety risk. On top of that, there was considerable noise from nearby construction work, and the kitchen lacked basic plates, cutlery and equipment. I don’t expect luxury, but cleanliness, safety and basic comfort should be the absolute minimum. Unfortunately, this accommodation failed on all three. Extremely disappointing and certainly not worth the money paid.

Predivan smještaj, izuzetno čist, udoban i prijatan. ❤️
