    La ubicación. El departamento es muy espacioso. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien (hacían 42°C en el exterior).

    El edificio es muy antiguo y falta mantenimiento. Había trastos en la cocina (cajas, un balde de pintura, un radiador roto) y en el baño (una escalera plegable). Faltaba higiene en la cocina (artefactos engrasados, paredes sucias), en el balcón (excrementos de aves de larga data) y en la escalera de acceso (cigarrillos tirados, mugre). En un dormitorio la luz no funcionaba. El encargado se comprometió a solucionarlo pero no lo hizo.

    I like all facilities in this apartment especially the host Erkin is a very nice guy. He always made a contact to me whenever I got a trouble. Thank you Erkin for your hospitality and best services during stay there.

    Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very convenient, comfortable, good value for money spent.

    Great location; comfortable rooms; good host; with amenities; running hot/cold water.

    Old building; noisy construction next door as well as at street corner; no street light for 3 nights in the entire street due to construction; very heavy metal door with no handle to enter/exit the building; dirty balcony full of pigeon droppings.
