Toller Meerblick
Am hautnahen Strand wurde Seegras angespült. Die Strände in 1km Entferung waren traumhaft.

Soggiorno da favola
Appartamento spazioso e pulito, con vista mozzafiato sulla distesa di mare blu dalla vetrate grande quanto la parete del soggiorno. La sera una cenetta sul terrazzino per concludere la giornata. Discesa a mare comodissima su baia con acqua cristallina e sfumature di verde, sole fino a quasi tramonto dietro il caseggiato a più livelli.
Volendo trovare qualcosa di non piacevole, potrei dire qualche zanzara.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer; Perfekte Distanz zu den Stränden: 100m zum kleinen Haussstrand; 300m zum grossen Strand von Santa Margarita die Pula (mit Strand-Café); 10 Min. mit dem Auto zu den Stränden von Chia. Sehr freundliche und rasche Antworten/Reaktionen vom Besitzer Antonio und Service-Personal (Alessio). Direkter Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Das Apartement ist eher klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Einrichtung. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein. Alles ist ringhörig. Die Übergabe hat etwas geholpert und einiges musste zuerst gefixt werden (Schloss, Park-Dongel, WC) - was aber durch Alessio sehr schnell geschah. Im Pinus Village hat es kein Café / Restaurant und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schade. Der nächste Ort ist Chia, wo man alles findet, auch gute Restaurants.
