Excellent will mark for futuer stays
Very good location and personaly the very secure Car Park as I drive a van and keep all my fishing gear in same it was great to have a secure place to park without worry of constant checks, Property relatively easy to find and spotlessly clean Partner had no problem finding either yes a bit noisy Saturday Evening with people leaving pubs but not exceptional location very good just a walk away fro Cathedral and Castle plus nice selection of Venues for fodd and drink

A bit disappointed
As others have said the location is very good - an easy walk into Norwich which is a delightful city. The Shower was good and powerful. Kitchen okay with enough cutlery for the two of us. Bed reasonably comfortable albeit a bit small for my 6ft2 husband. Flat was clean.
the reason for the lower score is the smoke smell in the bedroom which I absolutely hated. Plus the smell of weed from time to time. Some air fresheners would be a welcome addition as even with the window open it didn't remove the smell. The furniture and flat generally just look a bit tired.

Great location, modern but a bit noisy and a little tired inside
Location and modern
Noisy with windows open which you need when it’s hot as the fan provided is too noisy. A bit tired inside and thin walls so you hear neighbours movements .

It’s a bit tired, laminate flooring coming up, walls very thin, you hear all your neighbours movements. As it was warm weather you need the windows open and the area is noisy from early morning. Fan provided is extremely noisy
