Wonderful place Great location…
What a spacious and clean apartment. Wonderful place and great location. I only stayed a week, but I definitely felt like home.
The only complaint I have are the walls even though they seem thick and sturdy, they are very thin and you could hear everybody’s conversation in the next apartment. but it usually got quiet after 9 PM so that was a good thing.

An excellent quiet and beautiful apartment for a stay in the heart of Quito
The location of this apartment is in the heart of Quito near Parque Carolina which offers safe and clean walking and biking trails. The area is also surrounded by excellent restaurants, a food park, shopping mall, and is close to many hospitals. The communication with the property manager was stellar and made the stay worry free.
