Nur die Lage war wirklich gut
Lage direkt an der Arena mit Blick auf Arena und Kulissen und bei Aufführung in den Innenring Ablauf (Akteure, Maske), Klimaanlage (auch wenn die schuften muss, aber bei der Hitze hat uns die klimatisierte Unterkunft gerettet) Das Appartement war bei Ankunft zudem zudem sehr schön hergerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert.
Das Sofa ungemütlich, die Küche schlecht ausgestattet (kein Schneidebrett, kein Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer, was es ja überall gibt, beschichtete Pfannen zerkratzt), Bad abgewohnt, besonders die Dusche und am schlimmsten: die Kaffeemaschine kaputt (vermutlich komplett verkalkt) und der Kontakt hat es in 5 Tagen nicht für nötig erachtet das zu ändern obwohl es am ersten Morgen hieß: ich behebe das (na gut, er hat nicht gesagt WANN er das beheben will) Klima laut, Geschirrspüler verkalkt (massive Ablagerungen). Zugang mit schwerem Gepäck ist eine Herausforderung, Wohnung liegt im 2. OG mit engen steilen Treppen und in der Wohnung ist zum ungedämmten Schlafraum hoch eine weitere Treppe. Der Gipfel war die Mail am vorletzten Tag, dass 30 Euro Strafe fällig werden wenn man das Geschirr nicht spült - na gut wer weiß was dort schon vorgefunden wurde aber die Art und Weise war ein wenig befremdlich! Fenster und Sonnenschutzläden verzogen und letztere massiv verwittert. Die Kulissen der Arena werden die ganze Nacht mit dem Kran bewegt, hier kommt es auch zu Lärmentwicklung.

The location of the apartment is great. For tourist that arrivred to visit opera festival this location is the best. We received clear instructions how to access the apartment. The place is clean and cozy. We've got all things necessary for our stay.
Bathroom is a bit small but for historic building it's understandable.
