Ok and dated. Should be cheaper for what you get. Decent location, lots of shops around

Bathroom was Reno's and new but lack of toiletries and paper.

Wifi barely extended to the bedrooms. The kitchen was small and very few utensils . The sheets/towels were old and beds uncomfortable. Many better places in the area and at a better price. Owner was more concerned about money then helping. Once paid, they were pleasent and helpful.
