Very uncomfortable bed and hard to get any sleep

Pro:Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was OK

CON: cheaped out on minor things. Only 1 bottle of water was complimentary and although there was coffee in the room only 1 pack was there. We stayed 3 days but Neither the water or coffee in the room were replenished. At breakfast you could get 1 coffee but a second one was charged for. I've never seen a 4 star hotel be so cheap on such minor items. The major issue is the bed being very hard and uncomfortable. The staff helpfully put a pad on the bed but I still had to sleep on top of pillows and it was very uncomfortable. Overall I would not come back and would not recommend.

Great position for beech & town centre.

    The room was quite small.
