Amazing location, nice interior. Was good to have a minibar. Good A/C. Nice and helpful staff
No 24/7 reception. The luggage storage is unguarded, so didn’t really feel safe leaving our stuff there

Wonderful relaxing and beautiful place to stay when visiting Florence.
The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable and I loved the extras such us robe and slippers. The host responded to our needs and requested very quickly and was very accommodating. We arrived sooner then we anticipated and he was very accommodating to our needs and even helped us get a taxi for when we had to depart. The place was in a very good location close to a lot of wonderful places to eat and visit. I would gladly come back.
