Great location to wander Rotorua, close to Government Gardens, Sulphur Point, and many shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and the message board had even more recommendations for local gems. We arrived before the office closed but the setup for accessing the room after hours looked just as welcoming, with the 'sorry we couldn't be here to roll out the red carpet' packs set up out front. Would absolutely stay again!
