    Our stay was Fantastic

    Great location around all festives being walking access and surrounded by many activities.

    It was hard to find in the beginning but having a great host who guided us made it much more enjoyable and comfortable

    Unfortunately, the apartment was not suitable for habitation. We arrived late in the evening and were unable to bathe. The water barely flowed from the tap and was cold. The water heater was not functioning. By the following morning, there was no water in the taps at all. The owner stated that this was due to an outage affecting the entire island; however, we do not understand why our friends had running water in their rented apartment in Ortigia at the same time. We were consequently forced to relocate to a hotel, incurring an additional cost of €730. Furthermore, the apartment had an unpleasant odor of old sewage, which could not be aired out. All of the bedding had absorbed this smell. The owner has refused to refund us the full amount for the two days during which we did not occupy the apartment.

    Old and wornout room (not looking similar with foto they look new), found some bugs , damp ceiling and there is a bar below the apartman which is full of noise every day till 02:00 am
