Licht und Schatten
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich zuvorkommende und freundliche Personal. Egal ob in der Lobby oder in den verschiedenen Restaurants, wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut. Die Poolanlagen sind ausgezeichnet und ein echtes Highlight des Hotels. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir überzeugt: Das Restaurant "TemptAsian" ist absolut empfehlenswert – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und das Sushi als auch die anderen asiatischen Gerichte waren vorzüglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls in Ordnung und dem Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels angemessen. Zudem haben wir in den angenehmen Betten gut geschlafen, und es war erfreulich ruhig im Hotel.
Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Haus. Der Raum war sehr eng geschnitten, sodass es viel zu schwierig war, sich zwischen Schrank und Bett zu bewegen. Es fehlten auch geeignete Ablagemöglichkeiten für das Gepäck, sodass die Koffer auf dem Boden liegen mussten – für diese Hotelkategorie ist das unüblich und ein deutlicher Mangel. Zudem, die Duschtür schloss nicht richtig, wodurch beim Duschen Wasser austrat, der Schuhlöffel war kaputt, und die Toilettentür verursachte beim Öffnen und Schliessen sehr viel Lärm, was besonders bei geteilter Belegung des Zimmers nachts störend ist.

It’s in a perfect location for exploring from The facilities are amazing with the roof top pool and plenty of seating around it There are numerous places to sit and relax in the evenings too The Thai restaurant is very good with fantastic views
All that was wrong was our hair dryer was broken but they quickly brought us a new one to use
