Ubicación buena, mantenimiento nefasto
La ubicación era fantástica
El primer día, al llegar, hubo una confusión y nuestra habitación no estaba preparada, llegamos y estaba todo como si hubiese alguien aún. Nos dijeron que fue un error de logística. Entendible. Lo arreglaron en 1 hora pero nos trastocó el día. La ducha estaba rota, el lavabo no tragaba agua, las toallas estaban despeluchadas y rotas, no teníamos canales en la TV. Solo había un sillón y era un poco incómodo. No hemos visto al propietario en ningún momento, las maletas si las dejamos en el check in/ check out las dejamos a la vista y sin ningún tipo de seguridad.

La posizione, vicino al centro. In 10 minuti si è alla grand Place e si può visitare Bruxelles comodamente. La stanza grande e comoda.
Le scale strette e ripide, salire e scendere le valigie non è molto agevole.

Location for this B&B is great but stairs were tricky getting to the rooms
When we initially booked this room they were advertising that they served breakfast but that is no longer an option, though the downstairs area is very nice. The room was on the 2nd floor and I'm glad we weren't on the 3rd floor and only had small backpacks with us as the stairs were very narrow - would not recommend if you have a big suitcase. The location is really good!
We wanted to leave our bags as we arrived before checkin but we could not contact a "human" to help us out with this request. Luckily when we arrived the cleaner was there and she told us where we could leave our bags. Also we did not receive the welcome email with all the information on codes etc but again when trying to ring them no success. We did eventually send a message via their WhatsApp number and got a response

Do not book here if you are claustrophobic!
Good location, walking distance from center.
The AC didn’t work and there was no windows to open, I received some phishing emails from outside booking about this reservation asking for deposit which makes me a bit worried about scams.
