    Emplacement idéal dans Florence. Personnel très accueillant et qui nous a indiqué des restaurants dans le quartier. L'appartement est spacieux mais manque d'équipements : une cafetière serait vraiment un plus, literie peu confortable

    Wonderful week in Florence at a superb location!

    Fabulous spot across the street from the Bargello and a block from the Uffizi and Galileo museums! The staff members at the front desk were kind and responsive, accommodating our late arrival and providing helpful updates and useful tips. This facility is comfortable, rather than luxurious, but it was perfect for all our needs for a week-long stay. Not all rooms face the Piazza San Firenze, but we actually preferred facing the quiet "back" of the building. Can we go back tomorrow? Please?

    Larger guests may find the shower a bit of a squeeze, though it was fine for us. And with its own water heater right in the unit (at least in our room), no one should have any complaints about enough hot water.

    Fantastische Lage aber schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

    Die Lage ist fantastisch, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuss bei alle grosse Sehenswürdichkeiten. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet mit alles was man braucht während einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Florenz. Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfreich und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.

    Zuerst heisst es ein B&B, aber das B für Breakfast fehlt. Es gibt einem guten Kaffee an der Ecke und dort haben wir immer gefrühstückt, aber wenn man ein Hotel als B&B verkauft, dann erwartet man auch ein Frühstück. Die Isolation ist schlecht und man hört alles auf dem Platz bis ganz früh am Morgen und dann fangt es wieder neu an. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und wenn man die Toilette spült, kann ganz Florenz das hören. Die ganze Einrichtung ist auch etwas in die Jahren gekommen. Das Hotel ist nicht gerade billig, aber man bezahlt für die Lage.
