    Avevo scelto questa struttura sulla base delle recensioni positive. Tuttavia, dopo aver prenotato e pagato in anticipo, la prenotazione è stata confermata due volte e poi cancellata pochi minuti dopo a causa di "un problema con la stanza". Sebbene il rimborso sia stato effettuato, ero già arrivata a Napoli e ho dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione all’ultimo momento. La situazione ha comportato anche un disagio economico: Booking non ha rimborsato immediatamente l’importo e, nel mio caso, dopo la cancellazione avvenuta di sabato, ho dovuto attendere fino a lunedì per ricevere il rimborso. Ritengo che il problema possa essere stato causato dal mio orario di arrivo, previsto intorno alle 23:00, nonostante il check-in fosse indicato fino alle 00:00. Sarebbe quindi opportuno specificare chiaramente un orario limite diverso, così da permettere agli ospiti di organizzarsi per tempo ed evitare situazioni simili.

    The host is so kind. She's always there for you, anything you need. The room is comfy, with the most beautiful sunset. There's a transfer service. Minibar. And mini breakfast with coffee and milk. I also booked a car to airport with them at 04.15 AM, even arrived before time!

    It's on the hill. No taxi could reach or provide you a ride. Make sure you rent a car at the airport before going there, otherwise, you need to walk up and I was almost dead every time lol
