I was traveling with my mom as a present for her birthday.I asked the staff to decorate the room to surprise her as we walk in.They did really great job!Our comunication was so easy and on time,I'm so grateful! They even surprised her at breakfast the next morning at Hotel della Signoria with cake and a candle,it was so sweet! The room is very cosy and clean with stunning balcony view. The location - it couldn't be better!

Would stay there again. Problem noted above was due to another apartment, and it was handled well

Responsive, kind staff. Excellent breakfast and great location. Dealt with the problems noted below as quickly as they could.

First room had a collapsing ceiling just outside the bathroom and a collapsing shower support.
